Counselling can help with the following:

Areas we can support with include:

Anger
A natural, healthy reaction to things not going your way, or when you feel hurt or wronged. It can be a helpful signal that something is wrong. However, intense or overwhelming anger can negatively impact your relationships and well-being.

Anxiety
Everyone feels anxious sometimes, especially in stressful situations like exams. However, when anxiety is constant and overwhelming, it can interfere with your daily life.

Bullying
Bullying, whether physical or verbal, can happen to anyone. It can be a one-time event or an ongoing issue that leaves you feeling hurt and isolated.

Depression
A common mental illness, depression is more than just feeling down. It's when negative emotions are severe and long-lasting. It can be triggered by life events or have a genetic component. It's not the same as bipolar disorder.

Grief
Losing a loved one is difficult. Grief is a normal process that involves a range of emotions like sadness, shock, guilt, and anger. There is no right or wrong way to grieve.

Loneliness
This can be caused by major life changes like moving or family issues. You can feel lonely even when surrounded by people.

Low Self-Esteem
This is how you feel about yourself. Many things can impact self-esteem, including social media, bullying, and school or family problems. Low self-esteem can lead to a lack of confidence and feeling isolated.

Stress
Stress is a natural reaction to feeling threatened or under pressure. While some stress can be a motivator, too much of it can negatively affect your mood, health, and relationships.

Family and Friendship Issues
Difficulties with family or friends can impact your mental health. Talking to someone you trust about these issues can be helpful.

Peer Pressure
This is when you feel pressured to do something to fit in. It can be positive, like encouraging you to try a new hobby, or negative, like pressuring you to do something harmful. It's important to make decisions that are right for you, not just for others.
