Why do you use a flexible contribution structure?

Our mission is to make high‑quality therapeutic support accessible to all families. A flexible contribution structure allows parents to choose a level that feels manageable, ensuring no child is excluded due to financial circumstances.

Does choosing a lower contribution mean my child receives less support?

Not at all.
Every child receives the same level of care, expertise and attention, regardless of the contribution made. Your contribution simply helps us continue offering accessible support to all families.

Do I need to prove my financial situation?

No.
We never ask for financial evidence or justification. Our approach is based on trust, dignity and respect. You simply choose the contribution level that feels right for your family.

Will my contribution affect which counsellor my child sees?

No.
Your child will be matched with the counsellor best suited to their needs, not based on the contribution you make.

Are your counsellors fully qualified?

Yes.
All our counsellors are fully qualified or completing advanced specialist training in Children & Young People’s Counselling. They are trauma‑informed practitioners and members of recognised professional bodies.
Our flexible approach does not affect the quality of our service,  it simply allows us to keep support accessible.

Can I change my contribution later?

Yes.
If your circumstances change, you can adjust your contribution at any time. Just let us know and we’ll update it with no judgement or pressure.

Do you offer free sessions?

We aim to keep our service accessible, but we do not routinely offer free sessions.
However, if a family is experiencing significant financial difficulty, we encourage them to speak with us privately so we can explore options together.

How do I discuss contributions with you?

You are welcome to let us know your preferred contribution level when you complete the screening form. This helps us understand what feels manageable for your family from the very beginning. Our approach is warm, confidential and non‑judgemental, the aim is to make support accessible, never stressful.
