As a Qualified Counsellor have you the following?​

  • Recognised Counselling Qualification Level 4

  • Recognised CYP Qualification Level 5 above 

  • Current Insurance Certificate

  • Enhanced Full DBS

  • Two Counselling References (One will be from your Supervisor)

  • Proof of Membership with a Professional Body (BACP / NCS)

  • Working online- recognised certificate to work online

Are you looking for a Counselling Placement?
Are you interested in working with:
 
  • Under 11 years

  • 12 to 18 years 

  • 18 to 25 years

  • Parental Support

  • Family Support 

How to apply:
 

Step 1 - Send an email to the Service Manager: Tanya on c4ym@protonmail.com to express your interest.

Step 2 - We will send through an application form and invite you in for an interview with the Service Manager and one of the Charity's Trustees

​

Step 3 - if successful we can offer you an Associate Counsellor Self-employed position within the Charity or a Counselling Placement to support your hours required for Counselling training.

 

We are low cost, accessible charity where families can choose to pay what they can afford.

​

We offer face to face only.

 

We pay all qualified counsellors 50% of the fee that has been agreed by the family per 50min session, per completed session. 

Counsellors at Caring 4 Young Minds practice within the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy Ethical Framework for Good Practice and are bound by its ethical code. We also abide by the General Data Protection Regulation (2018) in relation to the keeping of personal information.
