ABOUT

Helping Children Feel Calm, Understood & Supported

Specialist Counselling & Creative Arts Therapy for Ages 5–18

Taking the first step toward support can feel overwhelming for both children and parents. At Caring 4 Young Minds, we offer a warm, safe and trauma‑informed space where children can explore their feelings, build emotional resilience and develop healthy coping strategies.

Our counsellors specialise in supporting children and young people through talking therapy and creative arts approaches that meet them exactly where they are.

What We Help With

We support children and young people experiencing:

  • Anxiety, worry and overwhelm

  • Emotional dysregulation and meltdowns

  • Low confidence or self‑esteem

  • School stress, exam pressure and burnout

  • Friendship or social challenges

  • Difficult life events or transitions

  • Neurodiversity‑related emotional needs (ADHD, autism, sensory needs)

Our Approach

Children express themselves in many ways not always through words. Our sessions may include:

  • talking therapy

  • creative arts and play‑based expression

  • reflective conversations

  • practical emotional tools

Every session is tailored to the child’s age, developmental stage and emotional needs.
