18-25 Referrals

Life between 18 and 25 can feel like a whirlwind—figuring out who you are, what you want, and how to navigate everything from relationships and identity to anxiety, low mood, and the pressure to “have it all together.”

Counselling isn’t about being broken—it’s about having a space to talk things through with someone who gets it, without judgment or awkward advice. Whether you're dealing with stress, self-esteem, family stuff, burnout, or just feeling a bit lost, counselling can help you make sense of things and feel more grounded.

You don’t need a crisis to reach out—and you definitely don’t need to have all the answers before you start.

Ready to Take the First Step?

We know reaching out for support can feel daunting—but today, you're making a brave and positive move toward feeling better. You're not alone, and we're here to walk alongside you.

If we can't take your call straight away, please leave your first name and number, and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

Next, we’ll arrange:
A time to go through a screening with you.
This is simply a conversation where we’ll ask about what you’ve been experiencing, how you’ve been feeling lately, and how it’s affecting your life. We’ll also ask a few questions about your medical history.

There’s no need to prepare or say things perfectly—just be yourself. Use words that feel natural to you. And if you find it hard to explain, that’s okay—just let us know, and we’ll help you through it.

Confidentiality matters
Everything you share with us is treated with the utmost respect and kept confidential. Your privacy is important, and we’ll always explain clearly how your information is used and protected.

If we feel our service is the right fit for you, we’ll offer you the next available counselling space.

We offer face-to-face counselling in Herne Bay, in a safe, welcoming environment where you can talk freely and be heard.
